Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
1. define Feng Shui and discuss the background and foundational principles to Feng Shui
2. identify the nine energy centres of the bagua, with appropriate enhancements for each area
3. determine yin/yang and elemental characteristics in interior colour and design
4. discuss how yin/yang energies and the elements relate to personality types including their own
5. understand the importance of clearing clutter; apply techniques to increase energy flow
6. analyze each room in their homes to improve balance and harmony
7. grasp space clearing concepts in order to create a calm and joyous atmosphere
8. explain and justify design elements for creating well-balanced gardens and patios
9. prepare homes for sale by staging, incorporating Feng Shui tips on design and colour
10. minimize chaos, improve relationships and create an uplifting energy in homes and offices
